BECOMING A WARRIOR

Becoming a Warrior is a unique privilege for our fellow Veterans to be part of something special after serving our great nation. This program provides services not only on the ice but off the ice as well for players and their families.

If you are interested in becoming a Warrior please see ensure you meet the qualifications below prior to filling out any of the required information.

Requirements:

• Not currently on Active Duty (May apply if separation is within 3 months)

and one of the following:

• 10% or greater disability from the VA.
• Purple Heart.
• Medically discharged from Active Duty, Reserves or National Guard.
• Veterans with disabilities that are a result of disease or injury incurred or aggravated during active military service.

You must meet these requirements to be rostered for USA Warrior Hockey tournaments.
