Coach Bio

Rob Baer is the director of youth hockey and amateur programs for the Philadelphia Flyers. He is also very involved in the Flyers Charities events all around the Philadelphia area, and supports the annual Philadelphia Flyers Fantasy Camp. In addition to serving as a full-time assistant coach for the Flyers Warriors, he oversees all Flyers-affiliated youth and amateur programs including the immensely popular Learn to Play program. For the Flyers Warriors, Rob handles much of the X-and-O instruction and explanation of hockey system basics especially for our less experienced players.
